I have recently started coming here with family and each time so far the food and service has been great. I give 4 out of 5 stars for atmosphere only because I wasn't quite 100% comfortable with the patrons who came in. The place is in downtown Santa Ana so parking is not great because you have to pay unless you show up on Sunday. Pay attention because some streets are one way.

Red Chilaquiles here are the business!!! I Highly recommended Payed 8.82 out the door for chilaquiles and a coffee. The food did not disappoint!

What a great restaurant located in the cute Santa Ana area on 4th Street. The restaurant a corner location with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It is clean and efficient. A great place for large families. The music and colors really put you in the mood for a full experience. The service is very friendly and everyone is always smiling and seems super happy to be there. The menu is the perfect size in my opinion and offers both classic dishes and dishes I haven’t seen before. The food is made with fresh ingredients daily. You can even watch them searing chilis and boiling their four hour caldo to make the meat tender! The food is delicious! I love the authentic flavors! They also have a fresh bar where you can choose a sauce to spice up your dishes to the heat level you like. We had chilaquiles, barria en caldo and the omega taco! All in all a great experience and I highly recommend going and trying this place yourself!

First time here in downtown Santa Ana. Parking was a breeze in a structure right behind the taqueria. I ordered a torta de carne asada. My wife ordered 3 tacos de carne asada. All of it was perfect !! Super good seasoning on the carne asada. The cheese and the jalapenos and avocado made the torta delicious!! Will definitely come back again !!

We decided to try out Taquerias Guadalajara, and we ordered a variety of delicious items. We started with tacos de asada and the fries deluxe, which we shared. Along with that, we got two shrimp tacos and a torta de pastor. Comparing everything to our usual taqueria, Taquerias Guadalajara came out on top. The flavors were unique and exceptional! Their tacos stood out because they had a delightful addition of pina, and the fries deluxe sauce was simply amazing. Upon entering the taqueria, we were greeted by friendly staff who took our order without any issues. Once our order was ready, they called our number, and we proceeded to the condiment bar. We were delighted to find a variety of spicy salsa options, as well as lime, cucumber, cilantro, and cebolla for additional flavoring. It was a perfect accompaniment to the already delicious meal. Overall, we highly recommend Taquerias Guadalajara if you happen to be in the area. The combination of fantastic flavors, friendly service, and a well-stocked condiment bar made our experience truly enjoyable. Give it a try!

Had breakfast there around 9 a.m. it was pretty slow and ordered the enchilada plate which was delicious the sauce was perfect wasn't watery at all and their coffee was just the right size! The music set a great Vibe for the morning truly an authentic Mexican restaurant I loved it will be back to eat breakfast there often!!

Love their Taco Tuesday’s 2 beers Bummed they don’t have the torta cubana I love the cups they put your drinks in Love coming here I bring different friends Some of the workers seem to recognize me and greet me Cool atmosphere
